Dr. Duvuru Geetha is a renowned nephrologist and Professor of Clinical Medicine at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. With over two decades of experience, Dr. Geetha is a key leader in the fields of vasculitis and glomerular disease. She serves as the Associate Director of the Johns Hopkins Vasculitis Center and Co-Director of the Johns Hopkins Glomerular Disease Clinic.
Education and Training
Dr. Geetha earned her medical degree from Madras Medical College in India and completed her Internal Medicine training in the U.K. She further trained in the U.S., completing her Internal Medicine residency in York, PA, and a fellowship in nephrology at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. She joined the Johns Hopkins faculty in 1998 and has since established herself as a pioneer in her specialty.
